I attended Ball State University. I obtained my degree in Mathematical Economics. I now tutor students in that and similar subjects. I tutored undergraduates in the Economics Department for two years. My focus was on Statistics. I frequently tutor Business students in Statistics, Economics, Business, and Micro and Macroeconomics. I also work with younger students on Elementary Math and Middle School Math.Outside of work, my hobbies include games and trivia. I love to play baseball and analyze the statistics of the game, and I am also a coach. I do play video games, although board games are still a favorite of mine as well. I even enjoy a round of golf. Economics is another of my interests, since that is the field where I earned my degree.I do not simply provide the answers to my students. Instead, I offer them the formulas and variables they need to come up with the answer on their own. While students do need to memorize some of these formulas, it is also important they understand the concepts and come up with valid reasoning for what the solutions are. I strive to incorporate real-world examples into my tutoring topics so students can better understand the problem at hand.
